Free Workout for Lurkers!

I guess you could call me a lurker. I have actually been a T-fan for years now. At one time I had subscribed to the magazine, got the free t-shirt, all that. Thanks for all the
no-nonsense info.

Hello. I’m Chris Rivera. Currently deployed in iraq. I starting really getting into weight lifting out here. I’ve seen some gains with my workout that i have now, but not much. i was wondering if i could try the Chad Waterbury workout. Thanks
CHRIS

Okay, finally got busted…

Been lurking for a few months now. Love what I see here. I’m a 28-y.o. USAF pilot stationed in Little Rock. Also a (future) FFB; been following CW’s Big Boy Basics with T-Dawg 2.0 diet with great results.

Hi, I was a lurker for about 3 months. Im a 27 year just back to training with weights for the last three months.Started lifting in high school at 17 and continued till the age of 21.I only did pushups for 6 years, gained a large amout of weight.

age 17 6’1" 170lbs max bench 215, max squat 315, deadlift 335
current age 27 6’2.5" 265lbs max bench 265(was 240 8 weeks ago), deadlift 375, squat (will know soon).

Anyway numbers are low but movin up
I take pics soon and then report new pics with bigger #s and lower bodyfat. I’m 29-31% fatty now 18% is the goal without losing more than 10lbs.

yeh well im 16 been doing strength training for 2 years and bene lurking as a registered user on this site for months…yeh:P

hiya, lurking for like 2 years, until last week when i decided to sign in…wait that means im not a lurker anymore, anyhow had really good tips and work outs, keep the information coming.

…running out of the shadow for a moment.

Well, I signed up quite a while ago, but apparently never came back until recently. So you could call me a lurker - also it seems the newsletter isn’t reaching me anymore so a reset of that would be nice

Okay, I’m in!

6 years of lurking over with time to get in the game!

This is a great way to end the lurking for me. There’s always been so much great info and any question I might have has already been asked!

Guess it’s time to give as well as receive.

Hey,

Been lurking for a couple of weeks.

I just signed up to buy some stuff, but ill take a free workout!

Way to get people to contribute!

OK, I’ll de-lurk.

I’m Jeffrey (aka Fillmore), 37 years old, 5’ 11".

After too much time in a desk chair and too many pounds gained, I decided to get back in control of my body last October.

I’m definitely not in the “bodybuilder” category, as my main goal is to have better strength and endurance for racing motorcycles and getting too much mass is just more mass for the motorcycle to haul around.

My first step in trying to lose weight and gain some strength was going on the Mens Health Abs Diet, and I became aware of T-Nation through an article in Mens Health Magazine describing a “Super Shake” using Metabolic Drive.

I’ve began using the Metabolic Drive/Metabolic Drive (chocolate and vanilla, PLEEEEASE…), and have added Power Drive and Flameout to my regimen.

I typically circiut train at home with free weights and dumbells three to four times a week, ride a bike or do an aerobic hike once or twice a week, and ride a motorcycle once or twice a week (The motorcycle thing is a lot more work than non-riders would assume)

Since last October, I’ve gone from 230 lbs to 185 lbs and my body fat has gone from 31% to 20%.

I’d still like to lose some more fat and maybe another 10 lbs, but I feel like I’m making progress and that keeps me motivated.

my name’s Pat, i’m 24, and i’ve lurked since early '03. i never needed to post, because i found the answers i needed without having to ask questions. i was quite the rotund slob around five years ago, and decided to fix that. a little bit of work got me from size 40+ pants back to the 33-34 range, and under 18% bodyfat. i was happy with that for a while, but i’ve recently decided to try for much better.

thanks for all of the inspiration you guys have provided over the past few, and i look forward to making more progress in the near future.

hey man i want a free workout too

I’m out of the closet!

Long time lurker, never posted, hello to all.

Hallo,

greetings from Berlin, Germany!

Yeah, I’m not a lurker anymore!

I’ve been lurking for about a year; never posted since most of my questions can be answered by hitting search. I’m a sucker for free stuff though, so here I am.
