Grrrrrrr… I get angry that someone, ANYONE, is hoping for snow. The piles at the edges of my driveway are as tall as I am and it is making me grumpy.
Congrats on the weight loss. And your point about increasing work capacity is huge. Cool things are on the horizon![/quote]
I’m with you C_K. The only place I want to see snow is on TV. Shame I can’t make my wife and daughter think like me.
Thanks, Tony. I will remember that. The night was much quieter and more peaceful with her outside, though.
Wilson, I would love the snow even more, if it weren’t for having to try to get in to work.
Had some blood work today. Everything looks good, except my BUN was a tad high…no surprise there, since I am on a high protein diet. Total protein was a tad high.
But my glucose was only 89…and I had eaten eggs and sausage about an hour before that. Feeling pretty good about that.

That is so true. When I was younger I was on a quest for size, I managed to get up to 16 stone 4 (I’m only 5’8") but at that weight I felt so sluggish and unfit that I just wasn’t happy so I decided to slim down again. Now I just train for strength while trying to stay fit and ignore the scales completely.
Glad you finally got your snow.

That’s exactly what I need to do. Working on getting there. I am really missing my carbs, though…lol.
The snow was great, since I got to stay home the 1st day. Now it is a pain in the ass. It is much better when I have several days off scheduled. Still glad it fell, though.
Feeling Sunday and Tuesday Edition -
Biceps, triceps and rear delts are still hurting from earlier this week. Perfect time for shoulders. Not a perfect time for a show of strength.

Movie - Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Dinner - Chilis
The movie was all right. I like the Narnia movies, books and C.S. Lewis.
The restaurant was her choice.
We had a good time…and she is growing up soooooo fast.
