I have been trying to fix up my form and would like some criticism

Based on what I can see, your positioning is good in the DL, but you need to bring your stance in some (hip width). It also looks like you need some flexibility in those hammies so your back stays neutral, you look slightly rounded in the bottom. Around the 0:52 mark as your reaching for the bar you can see where you lose extension.

As far as your, either get a closer grip or just squeeze harder, but you gotta get those elbows down a tad and get your back a lot tighter. Arch your back a little more, sit back, and push your knees out harder. All around tightness is what I think you need to work on the most though, getting that deep breath in your belly and squeezing everything as you descend. Hope that helps.

Deadlift isnt bad. Some rear chain mobility is needed to keep a better back positioning. Also you need to lockout properly. Throw back the shoulders and push hips through. As it is right now some judges wouldn’t call it a complete lift.

Squat… Take 3 steps to walkout. Maybe 5… But don’t look like you have tourrettes… Next thing, hands in closer and grip the bar tight. Pull it into your back and get your damn elbows under the bar, not flared out like a chicken. depth is fine. Learn to breathe and brace the abs. Chest up and get some hip mobility to keep the more upright torso.

Looks a lot better. One thing to look at though is where the bar is at in relation to your feet. In the bottom the bar looks to be over you toes. So you need to arch your back harder and sit back more. It may take some time to sit back properly and get the bar where it needs to be so take your time and work on it with lighter weight. Hope that helps.
