Forever BBB

Hi Jim.

How close are you to finishing the Forever BBB program? Do you have any other programs in the pipeline?

Thanks.

It’s done. This year Ive written about 20 different programs. All with different twists and turns. Just finished the final numbers on a winter/strength/size training they reaped great results. Just did the “Building the Monolith” program - obvious where that program takes you.

I have about 200 pages of new programming I wrote this year. By far, the most and best shit I’ve done. This is all on the forum.
I am finishing up the “Running and 531” article now.

When you refer to “the forum”, do you mean the one at JimWendler.com or somewhere in this forum?

Jim, are you perhaps going to bring out a new book at some stage in the future with these programs?

Lifer program is coming soon. I had 247 pages of notes and it has become a bigger undertaking than I thought.
Once this is done I’ll have to figure out what the next step is: may be something simple like a template book.

I’m looking forward to the NOV book. I know you started writing that for your sons so totally understand if you don’t release it and keep it for them.

The NOV book will be good and probably surprise a lot of people. It’s not a huge douche-crew (SOD) Alpha Male manifesto - I think a lot of people expect and/or want that. Freedom, empathy, responsibility and understanding you will fuck it all up (forgiveness) are all part of it. The public version will be free of politics and mythology: I won’t stir that nest any more than it needs to be. I save that for my family. As I wish most people would keep it.

I expect to sell 12 copies of it. Maybe 15.

Thanks Jim! I’m very interested in reading more. Do you discuss these NOV concepts in your forum too?

Occasionally. Remember that most people are here to talk training. Most people would rather increase their squat.
