I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before, its a really sharp pain in my forearms mainly when I do straight bar curls. My question is what can I do to stop this from happening?

I did a search and didnt see anything… sorry to ruin ur day.
And I do reverse curls everytime I do biceps but thanks for the advice and callin me a woose i guess
did another search and found some info…maybe ill look harder next time

I think the search function needs improvement. I knew about the other posts, but had to scroll through older posts in this topic, page by page, until I found the one I was thinking of (and just posted earlier here). Search function needs an overhaul IMO.
