NOT mine i was just looking at his site, here something weird.
Something you guys might want to try for your forearm belly that has worked better for me than alot of other things is a (belly of the forearm) extreme stretch done exactly after biceps or wrist curls or whatever you are doing for forearms. Its as simple as this–once youve done biceps and forearms and have already stretched your biceps–or directly after your last rep of seated wrist curls…sitting on a seat with your forearms resting on your legs and the barbell in your palms face up…
let your hands sag downward and let the barbell roll down the palm of your hand and hold onto it with your fingers until you feel that stretch and then the fun begins (30-90 seconds thats what your trying for)…dont let the topside of your hands hit your shin because that defeats the purpose…at about 30 seconds youll start shaking…45 seconds your head will be twitching from side to side because there is so much pain and it feels like your going to lose the barbell with your grip and if you make it to 60 YOU ARE THE MAN…
but 90 seconds is the goal…(trust me you wont make it–its too fucking painful)…youll get to the point youll have to drop the barbell on the floor and take 30 seconds just to get your wits about you. Be very careful with this movement, I dont want you tweaking your wrists here so be cautious.
For those who do this, take a long look at your forearms the very next day in the mirror, flex your forearm and I think youll be very surprised at how different/swollen it is. Thats all that needs to be done—let me know 3 months from now how different they look
It’s a stretch. I can’t recommend YOU not do extreme stretching enough at your age. I’m not going to turn this into a DC argument here but the big dog told you no… do something else.

Just curious, why is that so bad for a younger person?
Theres others out there besides me
Just trying to be HELPFULL like you …

If your 13 like Scott said you shouldn’t be banging your head on the wall, or be helpfull unless you are talking to other 13 year olds.
I’m barely 20 and have a hard enough time as it is to get people to take me seriously. You barely hit puberty.
I’m happy to see you researching and learning. I started getting into bodybuilding/training for sports around your age (14).
It’d be best for you to just research and learn, then practice what you learn safely, build a good physique and knowledge bank, come back in 5 years or so and then be helpfull…
Ha, you missing most of what he means
Me and him and others had somewhat of a “discussion” on another board.
So i dont know what you are thinking with that post

dwall33 that’s why it’s a stretch and not a wrist curl… like I said and Dante said in that quote. [/quote]
lol I feel bad for ya sometimes Scott your always having to correct people about DC. lol
I haven’t started a full out DC program yet because I’m still making gains (about 15lbs of stage muscle this year so far) so I kind of want to keep DC as an ace up my sleeve to shock my body into growth again. lol I’m thinking I will start my DC routine in a month or two. It’s all there, just waiting to be started.
One thing that I did start doing back when I was talking to you about DC was Calves and I’ve added almost 1/2 an inch to them in the past 3 months I believe (still a laggine part…grr) I’m still breaking my log book every time with the weights too, minus a few times here and there where the log kicked my ass lol.
Good to hear you are progressing and getting some gains in a weak bodypart.
Don’t feel bad for me, if I answer enough questions on here Dante let’s me shine his shoes and mow his lawn on the weekends. Wait that doesn’t help me at all… I’m going to restructure our deal with him next time he’s around lol.

It was better before 13 year olds tried to do an serious bodybuilding program

hahahaha…well that deal doesn’t sound so bad at all. He could probably show you some tweaked way to build muscle while shining shoes and mowing the lawn. “lets see scott, according to the log, last week you shined my shoes in 8 minutes with 200 strokes, lets shoot for 7:45 and 205 strokes” lol jk
well I’d commend you for the service towards DC because every thread that I click on involving DC, your there fixing peoples misunderstandings . lol
I do this stretch in my current blast, I use DBs and its a bitch.
My only comment about this is that it primarily stretches the underside of the forearm whereas the forearm exercises I use (curls) all mainly use the “top” of the forearm.
Scott, should I have a wrist curl movement in my forearm rotation for the underside of the forearm?
