actually smartass, your close
its almost impossible to use your bodyweight in forearms…believe me if i could i would
the closest thing i found to it is hammer grip pullups, another guy mentioned towell pull ups, and right now my grip strength is so strong from all the gripping exercises i’ve went threw that any type of wrist curl i do is a complete waste of time, a whimpy wrist curl of any sort wont do nothing to a strong forearm but give it a good pump. I’m looking for a high frequency routine of a unique exercise to build size. I have built the strength holding 405lbs and doing dead holds. Right now the rowing is working better than holding the heavy ass weight. I think the high frequency is the key i might have been missing.[/quote]
A great bodyweight forearm exercise is a one-armed handstand against a wall. WIth your fingers spread out your hand has to stabilize your body.

Wow! You have such forearm strength, you should could probably break those automatic punching machines they used to make. It’s a bodyweight exercise too.
PS Bowflex…lol

I concur.
There are 10,000,000 ways to exercise them.
This site isn’t bad
You can subscribe too and get a newsletter with lots of ideas.
Also the book “Mastery of Hand Strength” has tonnes of good ideas.
You might find woodchopping is a good one.
Also, water skiing is good - hanging onto that bar being pulled at high speed, gets a good pump.
If you have adjustable dumbells, then you can get some pvc pipe of 2" and 3" diameter, cut lengths to fit over the handles and wholah! thick handle dumbells, that is quite a good thing to do.
Or get some climbing holds, the kind with ropes on them, and use them to life your weights.
Try beating off to your obviously superior intelligence and witty comebacks. Just remember to alternate, size is nothing without symmetry
Harris, Can I give you a hug?
If Mr. Pushups is still around- Try “block walks”. Take 4 cinder blocks, two on each side, set the two one each side together, clamp them with your hands and take a walk until you drop them. Repeat until your fingers bleed, every day, until you don’t have to anymore.

anymore what, blocks? i like using spare tires. you should take them off the car first, belive me.
Harris, you know I’m not a fan of much of what you say but if you’ve gotten rid of ‘push ups’ then you’re okay by me.
I laughed when I read your first response.
You troll! No info in that post at all.
Three cheers for Harris!
But now who the hell will tell us how to build massive pecs with only 2 chairs and the superior muscle builing power of pushups?
Three cheers from Oz for Harris.
