Did you, in your 3 year unbelievable transformation from 140-210 lbs then back to 195 lbs do any cardio with all that food you ate? Obviously you lifted, but I couldn’t imagine only working out 4 times a week for lifting for 40-60 minutes at a time, while eating over 8000 calories a day and not gaining mostly fat.
So, any cardio thrown in there? I ask because I’m thinking of starting up your diet routine as i’ve been stuck at 5’10" 180 lbs for a good little while now (10-12 weeks), and am ready to break through that into the 210+ weight. Any tips on cardio would be great if you did it!
