PVC is sweet as mate. Does the job.

I taped a couple of tennis balls together and it’s like being beaten with a meat tenderizer. Aside from how good it feels I dunno if it’s helping too much…

I used to use a rolling pin long before I even heard of a foam roller. I’ll take the foam thank you.

I’ve used my marble rolling pin on several occasions. It seemed easier than going out and getting a specially designed piece of foam.

I actually used my Fat Gripz. Exercise equipment can be used for more than one thing.

I picked up one of the “swimming Noodles” from Wal-Mart, then marched my happy ass next door to Lowe’s and picked up a one inch dowel rod that fit snugly into the noodle, cut the noodle in half and BANG, two sturdy foam rollers for under 5 Bux!

I also use a six inch PVC. It was 4 bucks at Lowe’s as opposed to 25+ for a foam roller online. I roll out everyday and for the first week it hurt like a bitch but now I can’t live without it.

One of my middle-aged female clients uses a rolling pin all the time. It’s not that “hardcore”.
