Works pretty good. I just happened to have a 2ft section of 6 inch pvc lying around from a previous project when the article came out. Granted, it does hurt…but it hurts so good. I doubt if the pvc breaking will be much of an issue unless you’re a sumo wrestler…Definitely not the same as foam. Foam is a lot more forgiving.

I use PVC, a softball, a foam roller, and a rolling pin. Each different material has a different purpose.
I use a rolling pin all the time.
On a side note thanks for the Pauline Nordine link. I didn’t realize she had her own youtube channel.
