Football Workout: Too Much Volume?

hey guys just getting my football workout together for this offseason...is this to much volume or no?..im having a hard time wondering if i should switch the deads to my other lower day..help me out

Squat
Warm up sets 2x10
Working- 8,6,4,2

Deadlift
Warm up sets 2x12
Working- 3,3,3

Lunges
Working 3x8

Hyperextensions
Working 3-4 x 8-12

Grip and Neck Work Superset

The volume aspect is fine. I am just gonna say that you should rotate wether you do heavy squats or deads. Don’t do heavy squats and deads on the same day, trust me. Also, why do you need 12 reps as a warmup ? 3-6 reps would do.

Man, this is an impossible question to answer. What is your whole training week/cycle like? How old are you? Weight, strength levels etc. Anyone would need a lot more info before they venture an opinion. What are your goals? Are you running at all? Play any other sports. If your a big, strong O-lineman who has to sprint twice a week with his team and plays B-ball on the side, then yes, this is way too much.

If your a small, weak DB and this is your only workout of the week and you do nothing else is the way of activity, than maybe not. See what I am saying?

Cheers,
Pat
