Ty very much for reading
Have a great day sir
It’s not that I don’t want to. But I can’t design individual programs for every body who asks. First because it wouldn’t be fair for those who pay for that service!
And also, designing an effective sport training plan is something that requires many many hours of work since there is no ONE off season plan, it changes frequently.
Can people hire you as a trainer remotely? How does that work and where could I find out more information about fees etc?

I’m not taking on clients at the moment.
Yohan, CT has put out a lot of information on training for athletes – you just need to do some reading and find it. He has entire threads and articles published on training for football players. Or you may want to read Jim Wendler’s “Letter to My Younger Self”. Either way.
I played D1 football as a linebacker and can tell you that my strength and conditioning program was exactly the same for the entire team. The difference with the conditioning was that groups of WRs would get in more reps of a sprint than LBs in a prescribed time, but the exercises were all the same.
Once you start training for the NFL Combine you can worry about extreme specialization in training. Until then, go 100% on one of the plans designed for football players by CT or JW. They are free and easy to find via Google.
