Hey wasup everybody. This would officaly be my first post. But Im happy to be apart of this forum though its great.
Ok to the topic. Ok first off I play the sport of american football and I play the position of fb (full back) and knowing what position I play you all should know I need alot of size, strength, speed, explosivness, flexibilty ect ect well you all already know this. But I was wanting to know if anybody have any recommnedations as to what I should do. Like is there some kind of book, video, program or whatever I can follow thats good, or maybe someone might even give me a routine to follow. I mean anything would help. This was just a introduction as to what exactly my situation is, and what iam asking for.

How old? Training history?
First I would suggest pushing cars and trucks. It gives you a great workout that is almost unmatched.
Secondly, playing fullback you have to let your nuts drop, don’t be afraid of hitting anything that crosses your face.
Sorry for such the long delay on getting back with you guys.
I am 15 years olds. And I dont have much of a training history. I did work with one of my coaches and we didnt do much though. We did bench pressing and squats alot so I pretty much know how to do those but havnt master them yet. We did more but I dont really exactly know how to perform those correctly. But overrall you can say Iam a beginner at weight lifting.
And thanks dan. I will have to give that a try. I have been told that pushing cars is great but I havnt put it to use yet. But I guess I will have to try it out. And as a full back thats like the first rule in my rule book. Thats just who I am. I always hit the first thing that comes my way.
