Foods High in Good Fat

Im getting ready to start the ketogenic cycle diet but besides nuts, seeds, and fish I dont know very many foods with good fats. Ohh avacodos too. Type one of the diet is 70% fat / 30% protein and trace carbs. Type two is 50/50 fat and protein trace carbs ie less then 20grams.

What foods can I eat to acheive this type of diet?

EVOO

Coconut oil

100% grass fed beef

fish oil

eggs (get em from a local farm)

just off the top of my head.

Almonds, walnuts, natural peanut butter, macadamia nut oil, flax seeds/oil.

-Hemp oil

-Coconut milk(excellent for shakes, doesn’t become hard)

Avocado/avocado oil, walnuts/walnut oil, almonds, almond butter, macadamia nuts/macadamia oil, coconut oil, olive oil, omega-3 eggs, eggs, wild salmon (any fatty cold water fish), grass fed beef, emu, bison, fish oil, krill oil, milled flax seeds.

And best for last, BACON! :wink:
