I find it real tough to get 169g of fat every day, split between 3 meals (as per carb cycling). What do people eat to get this level of healthy fats?
My go-to sources are peanut butter, fish oil, and straight EVOO. Any other ideas?

why are you only eating 3 meals a day?
Those are 3 of my six daily meals- the others don’t include fat
Olive oil butter, goes well with all sorts of meat.
Fried chicken breast in coconut oil with garlic, chili paste (not the sri racha that comes in the big bottle, but the little jar that also has a rooster on it – Huy Fong Sambal Oelek Ground Chili Paste), a dash of fish sauce (optional), a dash of sesame oil at the end.
I often throw in some erythritol (sugar substitute - http://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Erythritol-1-pounds-Pack/dp/B001GAOGTY ) as well for added sweetness, and it makes the sauce a bit syrupy and delicious. Sometimes I throw in a handful of shrimp to the mix. It adds to the overall flavor. Add as much oils as you want. You can even add EVOO at the end for the oleic acid content.
Make this once a day and you’re 2/3 of the way to a much cheaper version of FA3. Just need some borage oil. Not quite as convenient, but it’s cheap (except for the shrimp).
Would almond butter be better than peanut butter? Or would switching e unnecessary
