Focusing on a Max Goal

Yep,
All things considered, it was good. I was surprised. I thought it would have been less.
My resilience was up also. The weights felt really good. I was banging away at some lower weights after the Max run.
I Never did any of that before in my life! I would have never imagined that at my age, and my lifestyle I could achieve that.

Bottom line is that you have helped me raise the bar on my base line strength to a level that I would have never imagined I could achieve.
I am into my 18hour work days now, so, sleep is my most precious commodity.
Will be back at it soon.
