Fluidity - Newest Scam?

I was flipping though the channels last night and I came across an infomercial for fluidity.

I can’t believe what people will get away with selling these days or the fact that people will actually buy it. They are charging $200 dollars for a bar! You can do the same thing using a table to balance yourself.

I also love how many times they use the phrase “long and lean”. Last time I checked, all muscle was lean. Second, is it really phsiologically possible to make longer muscles from working out? I understand the point they are trying to make, but it is still misleading.

I don’t know what is worse, the people doing the scamming with all these various exercise machines, or the people so desperate that they allow themselves to be scammed.

Of course, if someone knows more about the program, please enlighten me as maybe I’m wrong and it is actually a solid workout. Nevertheless, there is no way to justify the price for what they give you.

Well I’m looking at it, and some of the concepts are valid. Like…training the whole body rather than isolating, bodyweight first etc. They are things that some of our coaches here adhere to.

On the other hand, I just kind of have to laugh. It’s somewhat absurd. It doesn’t take “MIT trained engineers” to design a bar that you use to stabilize yourself on.

And there’s no reason it should cost $200.

Thats the thing, they mix in truths (compound movements, bodyweight work) to sell a program that barely makes use of these things. Yes you should work your body as a unit, the problem is this thing barely helps in anyway to accomplish this more than say a table.
