INFOMERCIALS...AGHRRR!!!

ROCK!!! ROCK!!! ROCK!!! Rock your way…To a FITTER… SLIMMER…TRIMMER…More VIBRANT…HEALTHIER… SEXIER YOU!!! YOU, YES, YOU, in as little as 3 minutes a day, can have the BODY YOU ALWAYS DREAMED OF!!! (FUCKING INFOMERCIALS…AGHRRR!!!)

Whether it's Tony Little...John "Sleazedow"...or the latest belt that will vibrate 3 inches off your waist... Infomercials always manage to PISS ME OFF! (Sorry, just venting!!!)

Its cool dude, I totally understand where you are coming from. Look at it this way though, think of all of the fat lazy asses that will actually be stupid enough to buy that shit. I don’t watch T.V. that much, about an hour or two per month, but when I do I get pissed off sometimes but for the most part I laugh my ass off. Don’t you just love capatilism, come up with some stupid idea and get it to the masses and stupid people buy into it. OH shit! I starting to vent too.

I watched the Tony Little Gazelle informercial becuase I found it amusing. In addition, there is a part where the hot redheaded spokewomen he’s got helpinging him hock the thing takes off her overshirt and rides the gazelle like it’s a ‘pony’, real hard and fast: Excellent matsurbation material. It’s what I like in an informrcial: Sex and comedy.

They drive me nuts too, Joey! However…(and I’ve mentioned this before)…I’ve pulled the 'ole Credit Card out a time or two and bought an “ab thingy” or some “miracle” video. (I’m happy to say that it’s been a while, though!).

One of the things irking me lately have been the rash of “before and after” ads and Contest on the heels of the “Body-For-Life” Phenomenon. It is obvious that the vast majority of these people purposely gained fat for a good “before” shot then dieted down. (At least I feel the “Body-For-Life” judges were astute enough, (IMHO), to not fall for that crap (in general)and clearly stated that you would not be considered futhur if you followed such a tactic. (It can be spotted a MILE away, by the way!)

On the topic of “BFL”; is it losing it’s steam, or does it just appear that way to me because I haven’t paid much attention too it for a couple of years? Is it still strong in the gyms? Among the ladies?

I saw BFL and had to jump in. At one point in time, I liked BFL. I’ve used the program and many of my friends, relatives, and coworkers have used the program with very good success. The biggest problem was Bill Phillips’ unwillingness to say that BFL could not work forever. Now that so many people have done the program over, over and over again, each time getting less results, they went looking to Bill for new advice. But of course, all they heard was reevaluate your goals, focus harder, and don’t dare change this tried and true program. Oh well, at least BFL gets people off the couch and interested in exercising.
