The worst is my shoulders when I get waxed after squats. Actually, the worst was when I cooked some bacon shirtless and when I got waxed the next day found out I had a pinkie nail sized blister on my stomach. Found out when the blister came off with the wax.

I paid I think 6500mxn (roughly 440 AUD?) for about 24 treatments but what that really boils down to is like 6-8 upper body sessions and I am doing everything from the waist up. If I were going to do say just my shoulders or just back that would be 24 actual sessions and it should take 4-10. That is here in PDC though where it is probably very popular and the only thing I see more of is laundry services.

PM Squats and Biceps
So many Squat sets trying sooo many different set ups and cues eventually working up to 425…but I think I got some good stuff figured out going into tomorrows squat work. I am going to give this a few weeks and if I can get it to work great if not I dont compete anyways. When I squat 605 I want it to be box free but it would seem I am completely relearning my Squat.

Most likely for both Squats and Bench I will be limited to singles and then use assistance work to add volume. Front Squats, Lunges, Squat Jumps and Dum Pressing for bench.

Ugh, I really feel it is going no where but thinking back I probably had a couple good sets. If all else fails I will go back to the box.

Worked up to 515 and then I feel I nailed the form on 2*3@405.

Then tried to do some assistance but sciatica which developed before the 2*3 actually.

On the future business venture the math is looking REALLY good. Of course the work is new to learn and the market kind of sucks. From what I am learning people will always choose the cheap borderline scam shit over legit quality. That being said ignoring time spent it is a 500% mark up on product.

DIET I am going full monk mode today. Dirtiest thing I ate was virgin olive oil I fried some eggs and leftovers with. (Breakfast casserole: clean out fridge into frying pan, add eggs voila!! Your welcome.)

Trained with Matt tonight and it went like clock work. Rests were minimal and we were fried in about 40 minutes. My shoulders made it a little longer but still were crushed with the dumbell bench so I couldnt get a ton of Seated Military. Delt focus will be a thing going forward.

Feeling a ton better after taking my worm pills. Also since dropping junk (for a whole 24 hours now) my waist has become less flufffy. I might even take measurements tomorrow. Oddly my vascularity didnt change at all from the cut until now.

Front Squats Paused at 135-225

Squats lots of sets of 225 then worked up to 405.

Focus on lower back straight and puhing hips forward.

Daily Squat Practice and Gun PUMP

Squats went well, my ankles have so far to go. If I actually think and try to reverse calf raise while in the hole it will go flatter but most of the time in the hole I am completely off my heels. Once I relearn this squat I think I will be smoking low 500s maybe even 545 with a PL ROM.

I believe part of the issue with Fronts not maintaining my squat mobility is that I would sink to far in hole and not force my hips forward both keeping ankles and hips more mobile. Even today I didn’t do that and I dont think they helped. I guess with the Front squats my Front squat mobility became quite good but the Back Squat must just be a slightly different exercise or something LOL

And lower back pump in some of my erectors BUT NO SCIATICA!!! WAHOOO!!! Even though going into the gym I did have some.

BICEP MFKN VEINS!!!

They were actually fully above the skin today!!! Mostly just on my right but the left looked their best as well. 6 Pack came back just a bit today too. I will be cutting back my food intake to a solid 3k for a while. This week I have been in the 3500-4000 range and I got puffy.

I wanted to record today but Omar was the most focused that I have seen him in months so it was GO TIME!!! Great workout, we were both near death pretty much after the dum presses until we were done pose offing.

Upon tape review Omar got me pretty good but it was still a massive display of puffiness LOL

TRAINING NOTES Will be adding back in PG Cable Rows, really a great whole back movement. Will keep it at the end though because weight limits (not veiled brag). And dum pressing is a great way to save my shoulders. I need to replace some bar benching with Dum Pressing…its just such a pain in the butt to make and put away the franken bells and find 2 people who can hand me the weights.

Preworkout Notes Psychotic should be banned from human consumption…it probably is in the USA LOL #ILOVETHISCOUNTRY

TIME TO END THIS LOG

I think I accomplished most of this and right now life is coming at me from all angles. 3 jobs, little bro in town so we going full staycation mode. I am hitting the gym about every other day but just to keep those squats going.

I am not sure what my next goals will be but when I am I will start another log, this was a lot of fun, especially because of every body else in the training log section.
