GYM RANT!!!
Actually not even going to bother, management is the fkn worst here and their trainers are literally terrible. Most don’t know what a warmup set is and the owner is loca who has never lifted anything in her life but she knows that you dont need equipment to do it.
HA…I was going to say as if they would notice the hole in the concrete!! if the gyms in this country have proven one thing it is that concrete does not necessarily (or ever) make a flat floor. Those of you with the fancy gyms with things like flat floors and matching plates have no idea how envious I am ![]()
She is just really bad at her job, they have 5 gyms in PDC 3 of which have enough matching plates and a flat floor to deadlift with yet the only gym that you can deadlift in with out hassle is the one with neither. She wont even consider moving matching plates there.
ALL THAT being said I shouldnt whine, a place to lift heavy things is a place to lift heavy things and I am so happy just to have that opportunity.

Training going forward will be constant off season powerlifting mode. Tracking the big 3 and adding weight as I hit X reps at Y pounds in Z sets or less. Except squats I will continue to do back singles but I will add in volume with front squats.
NO MORE GOALS THIS YEAR…just to stay leanish. Next year I will go BB mode and I want to get 5% BF. I will probably pause my account at shitty gym and join the crossfit/strongman gym for a couple months.

I attempted to Trap dead upside down (fix ROM with mats) off mats to appease globo gym but that was the worst, it changes everything. It was like trying to deadlift off a mattress and my feet were even on the floor so FK that I am really considering getting my refund and joining the crossfit/strongman gym All my lifts will be limited to 405 plus bands but at least I can deadlift…and they have bands.
On another note, Omar is looking really lean. I cant wait to see him in a few weeks.
FUNNY PDC Stories
Today after squats (and doing a million more reps than normal, so like 30 LMAO) I tried to walk to the bathroom and as I stood up my quads cramped up pretty bad. So then I hunch walked best I could to the bathroom and I was going to sit down to pee but then I realized I would probably have to crawl back to my desk.
On my way home from Gym Workout 2 yesterday there was a man with his dick out on the side walk. 4pm broad daylight. Not doing anything crude(r than that). Nobody else around just having a smoke and a beer outside what I can now safely assume is a titty bar (normally windows and doors all blacked out and closed but today they were open and I could see the stripper poles and stages). It’s name is “Pussy Club” so I guess I should have known sooner.
Oh and IIFYM is BS, I tried it and I feel horrible, I feel watery, bogged down all day and also sickish. Fiber should be included in a macro that is needed. And if you dont think quality matters make all your fiber come from bran cereal and almonds then enjoy your chicken breasts and pop tarts the rest of the day. Keep how that goes to yourself and make smarter decisions moving forward.
SO IIFYM adjusted…my beautiful bowl of feel good and some calories…and the other side of my color changing “bourbon” mug. Sofi has her own version but coffee tastes better out of mine (no idea why probably in my head)

I just completed what I usually consider the worst workout known to people. Arms, Shoulders and Abs. It goes against most of what I believe as far as the science but it also has to work. I mean I know it works I just think 95% of people who have a day dedicated to 1 or even all of those together is wasting a day in the gym. Even me today this was due to poor scheduling choices and an inability to rest day while doing 2 a days.
ROIDz had my last masteron injection yesterday just a halfy (100mg), super excited to be done with that and see what I have with just the TRTish dose of 250 test every 6th day.
Electrocute the Hairs I felt I noticed an immediate slowing of growth but over the last couple days whole patches of hair have gone missing!!! Very excited for my next session.
Sick all week because I am a moran I never used medicine when I got sick and I think this helped me to never get sick (or at least not have bad symptoms) but this week I let it go until today before taking medicine. I guess I am getting old.
Going to watch football all day, google yoga poses and make poor food choices all from bed before I fall asleep at 830pm!!! GET THAT SATURDAY AND GRAB IT BY THE BALLZ!!!

Did it with out the box today, not sure what came over me. It felt good, if I wasnt worried about depth so much it would have felt great fast and strong. I also worked on Low Bar which felt amazingly strong but it hurt my wrists pretty damn bad and if I put in any volume sciatica would go nuts. Worse than Front Squating TBH. Dont really remember what exactly I did. I just did this or that getting some volume in and trying to work on form. recorded almost everything.

Also below is what a real gordita looks like, not that taco bell junk. These are one of my favorite all time foods.Usually they are for breakfast and commonly come with scrambled eggs (usually in a salsa), beans, cheese, cream and peppers, potatos (either with peppers or in a salsa), chicharron, picadillo (ground beef and potatos) or any combination.
Now that I think about the ever evolving cultures USA people probably have these and I actually dont have them in Playa Del Carmen (these were brought back and frozen from our last trip to Torreon). They are more traditional to the north and my wife (and every body else that is from Torreon) claims that gorditas were invented in Torreon.
DIET Eating like a horse, and mostly clean but then a ton of junk. Havent lost much definition yet but will try to cut back on the crap tomorrow? Trainnig, I need some goals. This is driving me a little nuts and making my log boringer. Lean bulk is such a boring goal IMO. SQUAT 585 (or more) HERE I COME!!!
Its the perfect time, I am in a calorie surplus, I have NO other strength goals going on. Will plan and go from there. I feel reinvigorated…now to go find some junk food, watch some football and plan out my new training regime. I would like this to be a 3x BW squat but with my current diet that seems unlikely

Its called electrolysis hair removal. Basically they electrocute the hair follicle a few times and it never grows back. Usually it takes 3-10 sessions, I had great results with my first session I think.

I wont be doing anything more than my TRT until probably next february when I go bananas ape beast mode on a BB Comp cut when I will run well who knows. I have ideas but nothing in stone.

It’s not the same as laser is it? I should look into it, because waxing isn’t fun. I’ve been doing it for over a year and while the hair is less dense I’m still a fucking gorilla, and that’s just my upper body. My legs are a whole other hairy kettle of fish.
oh no I realize I should clarify some things LOL. I have a vein on my hip, I am 99% certain it is a vein but I am the least vascular person I have ever seen so I thought it was weird I got one there so I call it a my tape worm vein. So I was making a joke, but a half serious one ![]()
and I have been sick for like 10 days now, nothing serious just been in the bathroom A LOT! So I took some medicine that didnt help much and now I am taking some Vermox which kills unwanted parasites in the body, one of which is the tape worm (which I doubt I actaully have but I have something probably). Hopefully either the Vermoc or the not eating junk food fixes this. I really dont want IBS.
OMG WAXING IS THE WORST!!! It is not the same, Laser is actually better and tbh I dont know which one I am doing. I have done the nair, the waxes the weekly trimming and now this. I highly recommend this over those. It is eventually permanent and compared to waxing infinitely less painful!!!
The only turnoff for me is cost. I think just for where I’m waxing I’d be in for about AUD 300 minimum per treatment, and I’d need a lot of treatments. Then there’s the legs. I’ll have a rethink though.
