Flexibility

hey guys i really need get my flexibility better. i mean my flexibility really sucks. what are some stretches i can do daily to get it better. what do u guys suggest. im 17 years old 6"2 195 pounds around 13% body fat.

Magnificent Mobility and Inside Out Upper Body Warmup Dvd’s. Both helped increase my flexibity and I believe they have both contributed to my numbers going up on my lifts.

Any stretching done everyday will help your flexibility. The guy who runs this website Tricks Tutorials.com

Oh and don’t think you need to do all those. Just pick a few from each body part and go with that.
