Does anybody have a freaking clue as to how many calories are in a flax seed or fish oil capsule? Can anybody point me to a website or book that can give those caloric breakdowns? Thanks
All fats are 9 kcal per gram and most capsules are 1 gram (1000 mg)…9 kcal/capsule.
