Flax oil and T levels

“The results indicate that a diet with less than 20% fat and 30 grams per day of flaxseed can significantly lower cholesterol, total T levels (by a whopping 16%), while not affecting PSA values.”

This sounds pretty close to what a lot of people eat, i.e. chicken breasts, tuna, fat-free cottage cheese, with oatmeal, etc.

So why do people use flax with low fat diets when this T-Mag article says not to?

Just wondering.

Sorry for bumping, but I think that some people might find this interesting.
