There you have it right there. I believe that’s the cause of the low Testosterone/androgen levels; not specifically flax, rather low fat content in general.
It’s been shown over and over again that diets low in total fat lead to lower T levels.
Keep your intake of all fats up (aim for 30% of total calories), and you’ll be fine.

Not quite sure… That worries me as well, because I am currently taking flax seed oil. Fish oil is good for you, but is pretty expensive. Anyone know about sunflower oil?

Did you even read the details on this study?
If you did it should be obvious that there are other more likely reasons for the decline in T.
