Flat Spots on My Pecs

Ive recently discovered two matching flat spots on my pecs, appx. 3in directly below the beginning of my collar bone, and about two inches in. The spots are about 3in tall by 1.5 in wide.

Thought I might somehow be missing something in my training, so I really tried to kick up the incline/flye’s but no dice… when I flex, they swell nicely, but not quite at the same level or density as the rest of my pec. Any ideas?

…uh…remember those speeches that your parents gave you when you were a little kid, “everybody’s unique and different than the next” I really do think that this might be the case honestly. I mean, not every person is the same anatomically, which is why some guys have fucked up four packs where the abs do not go down in the same uniform line while other guys have perfectly formed eight packs. Unless i’m wrong if i am someone point this out. I don’t want to tell this guy that he’s alright, when he actually has tumors on his pecs…

I have the same exact thing if it’s what I think you’re talking about. Right in the center line of the pecs between the upper and lower it’s kind of shallow right? I have tried to fill it in and I know everyone says you can’t change muscle shape but contracting hard at the top of any type of flye movement or dumbell press has helped me a lot.

I thought it might be genetic, but Im hoping that as long as I hate myself enough I should be gravy. Mines higher up, right under the collar bone.

Incline press, grow until you can’t see your collar bone.
