Flat or Rounded Pecs?

This may sound stupid, but while looking at some of the pics here, I’ve seen where some guys have really large pecs, but the muscle itself is flat, while some guys have bulky pecs that are more rounded. I realize that the pectoralis muscle is a fan shaped muscle, so my question is, how do I get mine to look more flat vs. rounded?

More incline work work would make it more flat but it will always be rounded at the bottom some.

Man breasts are NOT flat.

Weigh more than you do now.

Im being serious, at your current weight and height, I doubt that your pecs have much shape to them at all. After gaining a good amount of weight all over, you will be able to work on “shaping” your pecs some (although the shape of your muscles is mainly determined by your genetics).

I agree with n3wb though, do not neglect incline work. This will develop the clavicle portion of the pecs and will lend a more top heavy appearance in already well developed pecs. Hope that helps.

Yeah, that’s a good thought. I am eating probably twice what I used to a month ago, plus cutting out the junk food, cigs and beer. Also, I’m slammin down about 250g of when a day, plus BCAA’s. I was doing NO EXPLOD, but after hearing these guys rip on it, I’ve decided to leave it alone.
