All I plan on doing is lifting 4 days a week and playing ball 2-3 times, depending on how my knees feel. If I can get this left knee sorted out and get my traditional back squat back up to 315 for 5+, a2-hand 360’s in the bag [again]. Stay tuned!?!?!?
