^^I pretty much wrote off this season when I heard that the lockout was coming during last season. I just dont see a deal getting done that doesnt drastically cut down the NBA season this year. Too much shit to work out and too many greedy mofos

That’s exactly what it is: a bunch of greedy douchebags who think they’re above the game. You’re a grown man getting paid monopoly money to play a child’s game. I personally don’t give a shit if they think the deal being offered is “unfair”. Quit crying and play ball.
Billy Hunter is being interviewed now and all I hear is charlie brown adult speak, I just want some fucking pro ball! Srry for the hijack.

Dude, keep the hijackin’s a comin’. Looks like all we’re gonna have is pro ball chatter, ‘cause we’re definitely not getting pro ball playin’.
Had to be at work at 6:30 this morning, my stomach ache kept me up til damn near 4, and the chick from Portland called all drunked up a few times between 5 & , interupting what little sleep I was getting. To say I’m tired is an understatement. Just polished off this burrito, and now my stomach hurts again, haha. Ya’ll be good.
200 jump rope revs
Total body foamrolling and mobility
Explosive pushups- 6x3
Standing military-110x3x8 + weighted chins-+55x3x6
Inverted row-4x10 + db bench-85’sx8,8,7
Didn’t get to the gym til about 10 pm and was pretty tired but had a pretty good session. Improved across the board. Portland chick comes in Saturday afternoon and is staying for a full week, but I have to work Monday & Tuesday morning so I’m gonna get in my bench and squat sessions fa sho. Legs manana.

If it’s any consolation broham my stomach was killing me afterwards.
that burrito looks awesome. I want mexican food now haha
whats up with Kobe and this Italy deal? I really just think its the owner of the team trying to get his team some publicity. I dont think he’s going to pay Kobe 1.5-2 Mill to play in one game.

It was pretty awesome. Is that what they’re reportedly offering him? Well, if Bon Jovi can get a mil for playing private birthday parties then Bryant’s probably worth at least that for one game.
So like, has that portland chick came to visit yet? I’m very curious…haha
Lookin like you put on some size and keeping the leanness man…keep up the good work
You going to be auditioning as a Replacement for these NBA jokers if they don’t get their heads out of their asses? You can rep Texas, I’ll hold down DC!

Dude, where you been? Haven’t seen your log in a bit. Haha, she comes in tomorrow. I’ll post progress pics for ya.
Thanks man, just trying to slowly get back to where I was at my biggest (a bit over 185) and maintain my bf%. Feel like I’m on the right track.
Dude, if anyone’s starting a “has beens and never was’s” league I’m all over it, Haha.
Yeah I have been massively lazy about posting in my log lately…ive been writing down all my workouts, so Ill get it all caught up here soon…
Well, ol girl’s on her way back to Portland and I’m ready to get back in my groove. Didn’t do much this week but party and eat like shit, but that’s the way it goes I reckon. Working a 12 hour shift manana but plan on lifting after, doing Monday’s workout. I’ll holler.
get some!
This is me after over a week of no lifting garbage food and a ton of booze-
Not a lot of difference though I do feel a lil softer in the middle. Chances are that’s all in my head.
Anyway
1-board bench-215x3x6
Scap retraced neutral cable rows-130x10,140x3x10 + db inc-75’sx8,8,6
Band pulls-3x12 + db military-50’sx8,7
Arms
Pretty good workout. Whole thing took 50 minutes tops. Had to work all morning and slept like shit so hit the supp shop and bought some jack3d. Definitely helped. Legs manana, ya’ll be easy.
Basketball talk!!! You know I’m here to take the contrarian view as always.
I think the blame is equally on the owners and players, but since y’all are hating on the players I’ll play devil’s advocate. Three main points.
1)The owners have been incredibly deceitful in their negotiating
2) None of the small and big market owners can agree on what they want as a group so they can’t even negotiate effectively
3) The big one for me - the players are the only ones who have made any concessions from the last CBA. They’ve come from 57% BRI to 53 with zero concessions from the owners. The owners made a lot of demands that weren’t in the CBA, and “gave them up” like they were concessions when they never had stuff in the first place.
Half the owners won’t even accept a 50/50 split.
Both sides are really pissing me off though. Billionaires fighting millionaires…
By the way (no homo) nice chest development, good all around work as well.

You know more about what’s going on with all of this than I do so I’m down to hear what you have to say. You hit the nail on the head with “billionaires fighting millionaires”, and the bottom line is the game is the most important thing and both sides have lost sight of that fighting over monopoly money. It’s fucking ridiculous.
Thanks bud. As I said to Bug, I feel like my chest and back are my strong points, but on the flip side I feel like my shoulders and arms are comparitively weak. They’re coming along but not where I want 'em.
