Haha. I was in Colorado with my ex during the Finals last year, and we were in a bar in Ft. Collins watching game 6 or 7. I was wearing a Lakers shirt and she was wearing a Celtics shirt, and there was a table of 3 or 4 dudes staring daggers at me the whole night. Everytime Bryant made a good play I’d look over and give 'em the thumbs up. I thought by the end of the night I was literally gonna have to fight my way outta the bar, but nothing happened. After the Lakers won I stood up and gave 'em a giant shit eating grin, paid our tab and left. GO LAKERS!

Good workout. Got drunk as a shit house rat last night and been dealing with a gnarley hangover all day, but forced myself in there and got it done. The 385 for 5 was really heavy, but under ideal conditions I think I’m good for 405x5. I’m leaving for Salem more than likely week after next, so it’d be cool if I got it before then, ya know, say goodbye Texas style.

Pretty good workout. Since I’m moving I’ve been going out and drinking like a goon. Need to chilol and prioritize. Also, I’ve decided that I need to gain some size so I’ve upped my cals. My current meal plan is=

Breakfast- 6 jumbo eggs w/spinach, onions and mushrooms. Diced potatoes and an orange

2-shake

Lunch- bunch of brown rice, 8 oz salmon, brocolli

20g protein before I workout

powdered gatorade and scoop of whey directly after

3 pork chops and sweet potatoes 30-60 minutes after

Shake a couple of hours after that.

This has me between 3,500-4k cals a day. I feel like I’m fucking stuffed all day, but I’ve only been doing it not quite a week. I’m 174lbs first thing in the morning, and I’d like to get up to 185lbs by summer. Explosive lower manana. Y’all be good.

Haha, they’re the thin cuts so it’s probably more like 1 & 1/2 big dogs. I’m moving to Salem. It’s about 45 minutes outside of Portland. Never been, but from what I can tell Portland looks like a cleaner Denver. I’m pretty excited to get there and check out the scene. My cousin tells me Portland is the emo capitol of the world, so I’m pumped to drive my new truck around and get passive-aggressively harrassed about it.

I’m not sure about Oregon but down here in SD i think the medium is $3.50 a gallon. I’m sure its at least a little bit cheaper in Oregon… plus you cant pump your own gas up there. Its illegal

Yeah, I dig it. Get up to 185lbs at -10%bf, bench at least 335, box squat over 5-hundo and dead the same while regaining a 40+inch vertical. I turn 30 at the end of the year so it’s lofty goals but I’m confident I ca get it. About 10lbs off bw, less than 2" off the vert, about 40lbs off the bench and not sure about the box squat, but I can do 405x5. Thanks for stopping by man.

Greg, my bad man I completely skipped your question. My knees are ok man. They were feeling really good, but since.I’ve started doing some kind of jumps once a week they’ve been a little achey. I think that coupled with my trying to gain size has them like that, but they’re still way ahead of where they were a year ago, or even 6 months ago. Mobility work, box squads, foam rolling and.Ghr’s have made a huge impact on my knees. You gotta sucker your gym into getting boxes man. They’re the shit.

who needs real boxes? step ups and lots of 45 plates do just fine.
