Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 2)

To be fair they spend quite a bit of time and money to make them effective, so don’t feel bad :joy:

I confess that, since Tuesday morning, I’ve drank two twelve packs of flavored seltzers and 3 1L of seltzer.

I am addicted. My favorites are

Polar raspberry lime
Polar cranberry lime
Polar grapefruit
Polar summer iced tea
Aha berry acai
I’m not a fan of the bubly brand because they are not bubbly. I want it to feel like the carbonation is ripping my throat apart.

Once I start drinking them I cant stop, and this is all on top of my normal water throughout the day.

Another-
I am going to be a groomsman tomorrow, and I did day one of deepwater yesterday. I’m going to look like a robot on that dance floor, I won’t be able to bend at the knees

I’m a total sucker for seltzer.
If it weren’t so expensive, I’d drink at least 3l/day

Seltzer is incredible. Thanks for reminding me I need to buy more!

My favorite is probably me and Mrs. GarageRocker’s homemade seltzer. We have a sodastream and typically squeeze a full lemon into 1L of seltzer. Slightly stronger than normal flavored seltzer and for some reason helps my digestion.

Interesting… I feel like I would use and abuse one of those things if I had access to it

It sounds like the steakhouse already flamed you for ordering chicken - no need for us to pile on.

I confess I have been a victim of vanity.

Like all good bro’s when they are in the comfort of their home and pass a mirror… I hit a front double bicep… and I hurt my left elbow lol. Did this earlier today and it’s still hurting. :man_facepalming:

Pffft.

I do that in freakin parking lots when I’m fortunate enough to walk by the right car.

My gym teacher/coach herniated a disk sleeping on a soft mattress… it sucks…

This happened to me once. Woke up with the inside of me knee very swollen and tender that I was limping. Really couldn’t figure out why it got inflamed lol

Sleeping is the most dangerous thing I do in a day. I hurt myself more sleeping than anything else.

It does my head in when people refer to a training session as a dose

I’ve never heard this, but I kind of hate it.

I guess it sounds counterintuitive, but it’s the only time you can unknowingly be in a compromising position for hours on end without moving. If I’m doing something strenuous during the day, I’m at least aware of it. Stomach sleeping causes me back pain, so I always fall asleep on my side, but on the days where I wake up having rolled onto my stomach in my sleep, my back is tight as hell for a while after waking up.

When it comes to clothes I am the type of person who (whilst I have lots of clothes) tends to wear the same clothes in rotation until they wear out and then wear something else. This is especially the case with work pants where I will have a couple of pairs in rotation (so I can wash and wear) despite having many pairs in the wardrobe. This morning I decided it was time to break the seal off a new pair (cut the tags off) and introduce them to the rotation. Whilst the pants are the correct size in terms of waist and leg length, they are a slightly different fit to my current pairs in rotation. Either that or the other pairs have been slowly stretched.
To say that the new pair was a little snug would definitely be an understatement. Wearing these pants today is like a uncontrolled experiment to test the upper limits of modern fabric and thread strength !!! On a positive note, I think my glutes and quads have grown.
