It’s why I’m such a fan of the pre-bed meal: if I ever screw up something in the day, I can make up for it later. Buying so much piedmontese has also turned me into a total steak snob, haha.
That body english show you saw is EXACTLY why so many coaches just settle on saying “Don’t do isolation exercises if you’re a beginner”. It’s nothing to do with beginner response to isolation: its the fact that, without supervision, dudes are just gonna turn isolations into compounds and completley neglect the targted muscle.
The sad thing is, this guy didn’t look like a “beginner” he had some okay muscle definition (and the requisite cut-off sleeve t-shirt).
Dude was rotating his torso like folks tend to do on dumbbell rows. My spine was yelling for him to stop out of sympathy.
I don’t blame you. I’ve been broiling chicken breasts for ever and when done well, they’re awesome.

If this was a place known for good chicken I’d absolutely go for it. I LOVE a good half or even quarter chicken…but this was definitely some microwaved prefabbed chicken breast. I’ve had the BBQ chicken before, and it came out the exact same size and shape: just with BBQ sauce on it, haha.
I miss when KFC would do grilled chicken too. That as such a good quick option.
Oh. Thats just six ounces of sadness then.
For as many reasons as I will not ever eat KFC again, there are at least several more that I want to eat it every day.
Using their chicken tenders as a spoon for the mashed potatoes is one of them, but the grilled breast was also an awesome one. That’s what got my chicken anything/honey mustard addiction rolling.
I’ve always wanted to try one of their bowl things. Looks delicious.
Churches chicken has the best coleslaw though.
They are awesome. I started making my own at home using regular ingredients and methods.

Well now I don’t have to drive all the way across town. This is going in the same plaza as my grocery store.
Probably not supposed to eat it, either. Will have to check their nutritional info on the red beans and rice. Have it on a very special occasion.
Popeye’s is my favorite alright. But still 15+ miles away for me.
Ate 1/2 of Walmart 8pc yesterday (surprisingly decent if fresh) but wife also cooked creamed new potatoes, fresh purple hulls, and corn. I was glad l had already knocked out mowing and spraying parents’ yard. Whew!
My buddy turned us on to deboned chicken thighs. Cooked on grill (especially charcoal) and these are very good. Thigh is probably my least favorite, but a pack of these would satify even @T3hPwnisher.

To be clear, what’s the prep like for that? Chicken thighs are one of my go-to’s for meal prep and I’m always looking for new flavors.
Thigh is easily best part of the chicken for me. Also prefer the bone in - I like deboned if I need to chop up the thighs. Deboning thighs is definitely an ass ache.
Our Costco and Sams sold them already rendered and marinaded, so that was “prep”. However, my wife likes to use the L&L Drive-in cookbook when we make them at home. You wanna trim the fat off and let them marinade for a day.
