Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 2)

Oh dude, I’m totally planning on all in one shot. He did it “every morning”, so it can’t be stretched out, haha.

But I am a big fan of this suicide pact.

Well “Morning” is at least a couple hours…

Let’s do it.

@cyclonengineer

Is it time to replace “Front Squats at Dawn” with “Eggs at Dawn”?

morning is between 12am and 12 pm.

If you start at 3am, you could do 5-6/hr until 12pm. It is reasonable that farmers got up at 3am

That IS when I tend to eat/drink them…

I am unfamiliar with the “Front Squats at Dawn” issue.
But eggs at dawn is just logical.

I wanted to post this in “The Stupid Thread” but didn’t want to read any political stuff so I’m posting this here:

THIS is being sold as a “Pet Sterilizing Comb”. The words mean “It’s supposed to kill “99.9%” of fungal spores or some shit like that.”

It is a UV-C LED bulb/lamp whatever you call it in the middle.

*note: if you wanna get UVC wands or lamps, do not get the purple LED ones. They are rubbish. For people who don’t remember, I’m the fucking dumbass who got “snow blindness” and a fucking suntan from hanging around in a room with a 100W UVC lamp with a BULB for around 30secs because I’m fucking stupid. But I know what I’m talking about lol.

First of all, I don’t know what all the fucking claims are since this was on a platform, not the manufacturer’s site, but the natural yeast, which are essentially fungal strains that reside on pets and HUMANS… DO NOT HAVE SPORES. Look it up. I know this because I fucking medicated 8 cats with fucking yeast and bacterial overgrowths in their ears, which amounted to infections. There are 2 strains of yeast. They are natural residents in the ear canals of cats and humans. BOTH DO NOT HAVE SPORES.

Second, a 38W UVC BULB will take 15min to kill common fungal spores on non-porous surfaces at a distance of around 30cm. Don’t ask me why I know this lol.

LUCKY these SUCK as opposed to real bulbs so there will not by any harm to whomever buys it for their pets, but I can’t fucking believe someone thought of this and mass produced this shit for retail.

This is almost akin to someone who once (maybe jokingly) asked if you could UVC the insides of someone’s body to kill COVID fragments.

I confess I was sitting in my work cafeteria during lunch yesterday munching on trail mix (the only thing they sell that’s sort of healthy) and I had the thought:
“It is so easy to be far above average now. Most of the guys are overweight or obese and the normal weight ones look like they would have trouble carrying in groceries.”

This made me both happy and angry. Happy that I am quite handily above average. Angry that the culture has made it okay to be weak and unhealthy.

I confess that my nitpicky advisor was right. My lack of attention to detail is having increasingly high costs

I also confess that I don’t think I’m mature enough for grad school.

From a reader’s point of view - it is hard to focus on the points being discussed if many easy errors are present.

In the world of physical transformation, I often take on challenges I’m not ready for AT THAT TIME so that it FORCES me to grow into that level. It makes me “be that which does”.

It’s possible something similar could happen should you attend grad school.

I don’t really see a big difference between an undergrad senior and a first-year grad student. I mean really, for most people, it’s a difference of a summer. Unless you’re going back to grad school after working for a while, you’re basically the same person. None of the grad students at my school (that I know) have changed from their undergrad days. I’d be surprised if you aren’t more mature.

I applied, but I am starting to think it would be good if I got rejected and did a year as a full time research assistant or had a “real job” first
