I tell you what regarding him…hes definitely flipped his philosophy when he first started. More about being strong and so forth to just full blow …im a weight loss coach and its all about that.
This is a same guy who posted a video a few years ago complaining about young men acting like cardio bunnies.
But yeah people are too stuck on the natty or not thing.

His style rubs me the wrong way (and there are other issues), but I think his shift in philosophy is a product of the shift in the demographic he’s trying to appeal to.
I mean, for 80% of Americans, this is probably not too far from right message

Oh that’s my opinion. You see it all the time in some coaches and others regarding the industry. Its smart on the marketing side. Personally once I see someone do it… I put up the red flag.

From what I understand, Nando’s isn’t really that unhealthy (unless you get the sides and loads of sauce)
Even their plain chicken is freaking delicious

Nando’s is proof God loves us and wants us to be happy.
It is really healthy, apart from that it goes really well with beer and fries and they do a mean pastel de nata.

Apparently not me, the closest location is a 6 hour drive. Is it really that good? Might have to try next time I visit Chicago.
