Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 1)

Thanks to Publix, I had developed a $15 a week cheese habit. Had to cut myself off :joy:

I had it under control until recently, then I got a taste of the premium farm fresh stuff and can’t go back to the cheap shit.

It was on offer but now they have me hooked and I got to pay the full price.

Oh don’t get me started on the farmers market stuff- fresh raw cottage cheese. I was eating 2-3 pints a week. Unfortunately, I don’t tolerate lactose so had to switch to other cheeses

@dt79 whats your experience with sleep paralysis.
Last night, I basically didn’t get any sleep because when I’d drift off, I’d get ā€œstuckā€(ie awake but not able to move)

@anna_5588 well did you hear the news?
Plus size model Tess Holiday came out the other day and admitted she’s been dealing with anorexia.

Wasn’t that obvious :joy::joy::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes::unamused:

I see a bit of super compensation there :joy:

It’s kind of insulting towards people who trully suffering from the disorder in my opinion.

Seriously what’s next… making her the the face of the disorder. Pretty sure she might have a eating disorder but it’s not that one…

It comes across as someone wanting attention or spreading a false narrative to booster a certain movement.

Wait… if she can be the face of anorexia, does that mean I can be the face of Obesity???

Seriously though, this has gotten ridiculous. I’m sure 99% of the world doesn’t give two shits about what she says, but it’s still annoying AF. I’m so glad I don’t have an instagram, tiktok or whatever other SM platform my peers are using these days

Looked her up. She doesn’t have an onlyfans.

What kind of ā€œmodelā€ doesn’t have that?

Opinions very … media is spinning it as inspirational that she’s admitting she has it. Also calling people who question it as toxic trolls.

I confess that I have no sympathy for people who text/scroll and drive and/or drive extremely aggressively. I’m almost starting to wish serious harm on them. I can’t drive 5 fucking miles down the road without having to swerve, slam my brakes, lay on the horn, or do other drastic things to get someone to put their goddamn phone away long enough to not kill people. My wife was a blonde asshair away from being taken out at 80 MPH today by a kid merging onto the highway scrolling Facebook.

IN China, getting caught being on your phone while driving (highly likely), you pay a fine and get 3 points deducted. 6 points deducted and you lose your liscence for a month. 12 points deducted and you lose it permenantly

Everyone here seems to believe it’s an invasion of privacy/affront to freedom for police to check if you were texting and driving. We’re way too lenient on it, at least in my state. To me it’s every bit as dangerous as drunk driving, potentially worse and much more widespread. I’d venture a guess that >50% of cars I pass are texting or fucking around on their phone and none of them hold their lane.

I’m all for a realistic body image, and the traditional ā€œsuper modelā€ is not a a realistic body image, but neither is this.
It’s not inspirational. It would be inspirational if she got to they gym and changed.
One of the show’s my wife watches is that ā€œmy 600lb lifeā€ nonsense on TLC. They always go ā€œI don’t know how I got this wayā€ā€¦
Really? The multiple 1000+ calorie tubs of Ben and Jerry’s a day maybe. I understand there is usually some undealt with trauma at some point in their lives that many of them cope wit by eating, but come on - get a psychologist or discover religion or something.

I never really understood that about the US…use CCTVs and take a picture of them holding the phone, then send them a fine or penalty or something…

I wish a lot of people still used stick shift…matics make people drive as if they were using go carts… or rather, a 20,000+ USD weapon
