Hmmm…at my current rate of loss. The pre planned 17 more weeks may not be needed for my target.
Definitely you. Definitely a really long time ago.
Saw this from another site:
“The worst part about dinosaurs being extinct is that some of them probably tasted awesome. We’re missing an entire category of meat.”
Interesting lol
Would trinkets made TRex teeth be a high dollar status symbol?
Would they face the threat of extinction from poaching? Or would those big MF’ers be running around all over the place eating people?
Capitalism would dictate that they would be poached and possibly bred just for that exact purpose. Not to fear, there would definitely be TRex rights groups!
I dunno. Think most would be disappointed. I’m going to guess most will.taste like chicken or snake.
We also miss out on dinosaur egg, which I assume would be great.
the real game changer here lol
Since we are in the flame free thread, I don’t hunt but I would have a hard time saying no to big Game hunting a T-Rex
You would need a HUGE slingshot.
Or for the same adrenaline rush go hunt a lion with a small slingshot?
But a rock didn’t kill the entire lion race…
Not yet…
Would have to be anabolic AF!
meh… It’d probably be a disappointment, like sea turtle or ostrich eggs. Expensive AF, but no real taste difference → not worth it
high chance of stringiness too
It would be the Thanksgiving turkey of eggs!
I confess I’m officially the owner of a “good” treadmill. My wife and I are gearing up to do the Fimmvorduhals hike in Iceland (15 miles, one day, ridiculous elevation change), in addition to some other decently challenging hikes while there. This being our third trip, she’s finally realized she will need to physically prepare for this stuff and has really taken to heavy incline walks on our ancient treadmill. Seeing the dedication made it pretty easy for me to agree to pull the trigger on a Sole F63. Being a financial prude is cool and all, but being a proud husband of a woman making a solid effort to kick ass is much cooler.
Tangent confession: I’m considering the transport and assembly of the 250+ pound treadmill yesterday as a workout for me. No sliding, only carrying, plus a lift to shoulder height for both me and my wife to get around a hairpin turn at the top of the steps.
cost of nice treadmill = more motivation to actually use it in the future => getting the cardio done, double win!
Yep, plus I can actually use this one. Old one had no incline (this has 15 degrees) and a motor that cried when I was on it. Woman’s been on it for over an hour at this point, I may have created a monster.
Edit: I skimped on a rower and it was miserable. $300 for a piece of junk with weak ass foot pedals that break if I row with any intensity. Learned my lesson with that. haha
yeah… my HS used to have crap rowers and I broke a foot pedal once LOL
My PE teacher/coach who’s a crossfit enthusiast got sick of them being crap and somehow convinced the department to pay for 5 brand new ones. game changer
