Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 1)

Haha

:joy::joy::joy:

My issue is that my sleep quality is shit. I take min 8hrs as a brute force, inefficient way of getting a min amount needed to function. My 8 hrs is probably worse than a lot of ppls 6hrs. I wish I could get 8 quality hours
Sometimes, sleep quality is even worse than it already is, then things go to shit (yesterday)

One of my most important criteria for a partner is literally whether or not I’m willing to stay up past 10 talking to this person.

I dealt with this when I was excessively lean.

Well, I’m not excessively lean anymore and sleep quality is as shit as ever…

Your medical profile speaks to otherwise.

Edit: with this being flame free, I will move the discussion.

Sadly, it is NOT my only plate. There’s a whole collection of the like.

Yeah man, just think of it In terms of movement as opposed to specific exercises then work those bitches hard .

Strip it back man.

I make my dog toast with peanut butter in the morning. We shifted to one of those breads that have those carbs in it that bumps up the fibre content.

My confession is I almost entirely judge the quality/ā€œgoodnessā€ of food based on what my dog thinks about it and he takes one sniff of this bread and moves on. Yes, my dog will eat poop but my interpretation of that is if he eats poop and not the bread, what’s that say about the bread?

My wife isn’t moving off the bread so potentially I will need to buy the dog its own loaf (and then stealthy move the kids over)

how does your dog have such a strong stomach?
Our family friend’s german Shepard has such a sensitive stomach. If she eats any human food (stuff with salt, oil, wheat…), it’s digestive issues or itching for at least a week

Case-by-case basis, same as it is with people. My dog ate an entire poo-filled diaper, hydrogels an all, and just left the outside. Had one loose bowel movement and moved on. He’s got a stomach of steel.

I had a dalmatian that, if you gave it table scraps, got explosive diarrhea, but ate an entire bag of M&Ms (the giant bag that is supposed to be eaten over the course of like a month) and had no issues.

Isn’t chocolate supposed to be toxic for dogs?

Yup. It’s what made that dog so unique.

I confess I’m stupid for thinking that any animal of yours wouldn’t have superpowers

Apparently beef allergy/ intolerance is pretty common in dogs, being able to consume large quantities of chocolate is quite death defying

Lived with a couple who wrapped and placed about a pound and a half of chocolate under the Christmas tree. I come home and find bits of wrapping paper scattered on the floor.

They come home and I tell them their dog ate some of their Christmas presents. They went into a minor panic when they realised it was the chocolate.

She was fine but she devoured everything, packaging, foil, most of the wrapping…

Just a thought: could it be that these ā€œchocolatesā€ are so low in cocoa that it’s acutally not toxic?

I’m meal prepping rack of lamb a few days this week. I feel so fancy :joy: macros are amazing though :tipping_hand_man:

What lamb are you having??? The rack from Costco is 160kcal/chop, It’s very sad because I could easily eat the entire rack and have room for more

Every small person I have met seems to be able to run on next to no sleep.
I think the amount of sleep needed is directly related to the amount of energy ones body takes to keep moving. It’s why bodybuilders and high level athletes all nap a lot.
I have no science to back this up, just observations.
