Counter proposal: they nap a lot because they are tired from all the physical exertion they do as part of their profession while still having the luxury of time for naps.
But watch the Menās Health video on YouTube about Chef Rush - the White House chef with 24ā arms! He says heās all natural, eats 6-10,000 calories a day, wakes up at 3 am and eats his last meal at 12am! He also says he does 2,222 pushups every day, in 1 hour 15 minutes, right after waking up.
Seriously, itās still up - they havenāt taken it down even with countless people pointing out that his eating schedule allows for about 2-2.5 hours of sleep a night.
Probably still more credible than 90% of what Menās Health puts out there.
Ughā¦
I confess that the wife scheduled us for a Covid shot today, and Iād rather wrassel with a alligator.
Ugh.
I know we are supposed to be flame free, but given your heritage I am upset you did not say Grendel.
Yep, exactly!
My people arenāt afraid of Grendel thoā¦
Alligators are big, but they are quite lazy. Itās the crocodiles that are really scary
Very true. This went all āJason Voorhees vs his Motherā in Friday the 13th on us.
Gotland was under Danish rule during the time of the āGrendelā incident, and it was us Norwegians that had to come and save the kingdom.
They never did thank us -
Still tho - they have all them teethes and dont have no toothbrushesā¦

This was probably the only time where the guy they were parodying was actually funnier and more animated in real life.
The dude very excitedly decided to crawl into a rabbit hole(or was it some other animal? Canāt remember) in one episode and came out even more exited like heād just been to a Vietnamese massage parlour and had a happy ending. Fucking laughed my ass off.
I confess Iāve watched the Russell Crowe parody so many times to count I memorized the theme song.
āMy fightinā is poetry! You donāt edit Russell Croweās poetry, you testicle!ā
Beats up the editor for cutting his scene short.
LOLOLOL
I am more disappointed than I should be that I didnāt find any marked down Easter candy today.
How do you ābrute forceā 8 hours of sleep? And why do you say the quality is bad?
Joke. I donāt know @anna_5588 's situation. But some of it is pretty accurate for some of us with sleep problems.
I normally end up waking up fully awake 3 hours too early and if I try to go back to sleep, the dreams(not even nightmares) are so vivid with intermittent wakefulness I wake up more exhausted than before. Other times, I wake up 2-3 times a night half asleep and have the urge to just say āfuck itā and get up and do something constructive.
I got some medication which let me fall into deep sleep for 8 hours but it only lasted while I was on it. But at least there were no withdrawal symptoms like benzos.
Finally, a Maiden related post i can get on board with. After all this bashing on Bruce and the whole ābanana on pizzaā debacle, I was worried Iād have to leave the site.
What I mean is that Iām making up for poor sleep quality by spending more time in bed. Iām in bed for 8hrs, but Iām probably getting less deep sleep than a lot of ppl who get 6hrs
I have a hard time finding a comfortable position so I took and turn/ wake up to stretch my neck at least 5-6 times/night, Iām also semi- conscious during my dreams but the dreams are also very vivid. Also, on most days, I wake up tired and wishing. I could stay in bed longer.
Iāve experience some pretty gnarly dream shit too. The trippiest are the inception type dreams where I think Iāve woken up but Iām in a dream, and then I āwake upā omly to realize Iām still in a dream ![]()

I also usually āhearā my alarm go off 30-50min before it actually does
When I have ice cream in the house and I have a training session in the morning, I will tell myself that I can have the ice cream after dinner if I have a good session.
I reckon I have been doing this my entire life and somehow I always seem to have a āgoodā sessionā¦
Anyway, this is topical because I saw an article about how we donāt need to āearnā our food. I wonder what people who write this type of thing are thinkingā¦
