It occurred to me a long time ago that the notion of a rhetorical question in lost on some on forums. Unless you go the extra mile and lay it out form them .

Here’s a confession for you.

I’m having my cheat meal at a local pizza place tomorrow. Among having really good pizza, it’s become popular for offering a keto crust as well.

I confess that, despite this being a cheat meal…I’m getting the keto crust. I SWEAR it’s purely out of curiosity.

But I also confess that, no matter what toppings I pick, pineapple will be one of them.

Fight me.

Don’t worry, people who hate pineapple on pizza just hates it because the internet tells them to. It’s their loss.

Never as a deadlift. Best is 650. I’ve managed 700+ trap bar pulls…but that’s not a deadlift, haha.

I dislike pizza in general, but grilled pineapple with ham is delicious

Salt and fat balance the acidity and neutralize the burn of the enzymes. Slight char from grilling balances the sweetness

No need. Pineapple on pizza is a gift from the gods.

Pineapple, grilled chicken or bacon, green peppers and banana peppers are my go-to pizza toppings.

Pepperoni, pineapple, and diced jalapenos. I confess I never order the peppers diced because that’s a PITA for the workers but it’s better that way.

I confess that I struggled to focus on my training session this morning because I bought a 6.5 oz elderberry fry pie from the local market as my post-workout meal. Yes, I ate an almost half-pound fry pie and loved every second of it. I’ll probably still struggle to hit daily calories unless I have beers with my neighbors later.

Also, I struggle to hit even my deficit calories (2500) unless I track macros.

I confess that to me, there is only one type of pizza

not judging, ya’all can put whatever you want on pizza, this is a free country.

Cheese with stuffed crust

Extra bacon extra pineapple with balsamic drizzle dipped in garlic juice (papa johns) with stuffed crust

And last but certainly not least, Trader Joe’s garlic herb dough, Alfredo sauce, sautĆ©ed onions and garlic, mozzarella, filet minion, and topped with balsamic drizzle. Prepare to orgasm with this one.
