I just heard a bit on a Dave Tate table talk podcast about John Meadows having his first baconator. Fun fact: John has no colon due to some disease he had earlier in life. The exit time of the baconater was RAPID.
I can sympathize with that outcome ![]()
I confess my butt cheeks just experienced an involuntary clench episode.
Thanks - I remember seeing this a year ago or so. Iām gonna do both - cruise and tricks. I used to have a pretty high Ollie and could pop shuvit/kickflip/FS or BS 180, just the basics. It arrived today, put it together and got my first taste of riding around. Feels sooooooo unsteady, haha. Definitely not like riding a bike after a while.
You get a brandname deck or just something random? One of the coolest parts of skating (to me) is some of the really cool decks out there.
I confess that, as someone born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, youāre wrong, and Salmon is the best fish.
Especially with a light maple glaze. GAWD.
Salmon is an amazing fish, but in terms of sashimi, thereās better imo
In terms of cooked fish, I agree salmon is the best
Panda. Nothing fancy - I wanted an alien workshop one because Thatās what I used to have but I went with a slightly cheaper but still good option since I needed a skate tool and skate shoes and didnāt wanna go on a spending spree, plus the board will wear out and I can get one for my next one.

My wife and I were just kicking around the idea that there may in fact be something special about salmon that allows people (and bears) to eat a virtually unlimited amount.
When preparing a fillet I always slice off the belly section as my secret stash.
Ecological issues aside, Patagonian toothfish aka Chilean sea bass, is the best cooked fish imo.
The fresh ones should have a creaminess to it. Yeah, definitely have a mushy feeling, so you might find it weird if youāre not used to it. It should have a melt in your mouth feeling too
About a month ago, I tell the head trainer at my gym that Iām focusing on conditioning, Iām going to try to get back near where I was.
Iāve been there a number of years now and not once have I heard anything but rap, metal and hip hop.
For the third time in a month, Bruce Springsteenās āGlory Daysā has come on the radio during the conditioning parts of my trainingā¦
I am dreaming up ways to hit back but canāt figure out if this is coincidence or an epic troll haha
Went to make healthy protein pancakes for dinner. Then the box had a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipie.
I had 10+ cookies and milk for dinner.
No ragerts
Just ate salmon tonight!
Preheated my oven to 350, fried a big hunk of salmon for a bit in a cast iron skillet, and blended jarred roasted red peppers, a bit of heavy cream, a splash of red wine, garlic, paprika, crushed red pepper, and roasted almonds into a creamy orange sauce and poured it over the salmon after a couple minutes, and put the skillet immediately in the oven for 8 minutes, then took it out and let it sit while cooking some penne. The red pepper sauce cooks all the way through it and the penne is fantastic with it.
Last night, had the other hunk of salmon, marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, thai chili sauce and korean barbecue sauce, with a side of asparagus cooked in chili garlic paste, soy sauce and sriracha.
Salmon is a definite staple in my diet.
My momās looking for a steps counter. I confess, I donāt know shit about it lol. Any suggestions? Accurate, good quality, and hopefully cheap
Tagging step master @anna_5588
Doesnāt your phone do this for you nowadays?
Not sure lol. My momās got an old phone. Iām also more of a PC guy than a phone guy, so My phone is an old J7 pro too.
In terms of cooked fish, I agree salmon is the best
Iām voting sous vide swordfish or monkfish.
Iāve heard good things about sword and monk fish. Unfortunately I havenāt had the chance to taste really high quality and properly cooked versions of either so I donāt have an opinion
Monkfish liver (ankimo) is a real delicacy
Sorry, I just use an app on my iPhone. With that said, Iād recommend a high quality hip pedometer over a wrist one (Ie Fitbit) for accuracy
