Well yeah, Mint Chocolate Ice Cream is just cold toothpaste.
Kisses have so little flavor thoughā¦
Where my Reeseās PB Cup fans at??
EDIT: On second thought, maybe those donāt count because theyāre not only chocolate.
Words to live by.
Iāve seen your Christmas sweet treats. I would totally be in a sugar coma!
I confess I bought a skateboard. Used to skate a bunch, dunno why but I have the bug to do it again. Great cardio, too. It arrives tomorrow, Iām super excited but also very aware that repeatedly falling and landing off surfaces at even my young age of 30 (I do maintain that infantry adds a few years onto your joints, though) is going to be drastically different from my teenage years, mostly because I just havenāt done it for so long. Tony Hawk did another 900 at 48 years old, so Iām not saying itās gonna be terrible from now on, only that itās gonna beā¦interesting.
Nice! Next thing you know youāll be wearing a backwards baseball cap and calling everybody ādudeā. In any case, Iāve never heard of anyone skateboarding for cardio so thatās actually quite interesting.
Iāll be skateboarding for fun, not for cardio, Iām just saying that in my current mindset, the cardio is a benefit. Pro skateboarders are all wiry and lean - itās balancing, jumping, and holding athletic positions for long durations.
Also, I call everyone dude anyway, women and men, outside of professional settings
Itās the secret ingredient in both my pumpkin shakes and black bean chili.
No good by itself though.
I donāt get Japanese food. I mean I think itās nice but I would pick many other meals before I came to a Japanese one
When I remember, I add 100% cacao powder (along with frozen fruit, nuts, some low sugar preserves/jam) to plain yogurt.
Gives it a mole(sauce) type style probably.
I find Japanese tempura to be the best version of āfriedā.
Same. I usually feel a pretty crappy after having artificial sweetener. A person at work tried to convince me that her son has the same issue and it is not an uncommon thing but I donāt believe her and put it in the same class as wind turbine illness.
Thereās a place where you can go:
It makes my heart race and I feel like shit if I eat or drink/eat aspartame. Sucralose doesnāt seem to affect me quite as badly. Sorry, but you are not that special. ![]()
Itās been many, many years, but that was my bodyās reaction to aspartame as well.
Funny you mention sucralose as tolerable, because thatās what is in Finibars, and Iām ok with eating a Finibar on a workout day.
Itās strange. The bitterness disappears but it also kinda tames down the chili powder heat. The flavor it creates is really pretty neat. But theyāre both still there. Theyāre just like layered.
But with pumpkin and spices it makes them stand out.
I dunno. Itās good though!
I used to skate as a kid. Was pretty decent and can still ride hover boards and those weird wobbly 2 wheel skate board things, but man have I lost the touch on a skate board. Seems the older you get the more coordination you lose lol.
But every kid has to find out for themselves.
I thought about starting a new tide pod/cinnamon style challenge, but with my luck the only thing that would catch on would be sharing the vid of ādouchebag eats a tablespoon of raw cocoa and chokes to deathā. ![]()
Maybe you arenāt going to the good ones?
The thing that I like about Japanese food is that the apparent simplicity of it is actually deceptively sophisticated. Take salmon sashimi for example. Salmon sashimi from a so so japanese restaurant tastes sooooo different from a salmon sashimi from a high end restaurant. Thereās a reason for the price difference and itās not just because youāre in a fancy restaurant. Same goes for the other popular dishes like katsudon, chicken teriyaki, and tempura. Wagyu? Looks really simple, but the really good ones are really hard to find, but oh so worth it. My personal favorite dishes are salmon sashimi, scalop sashimi, uni, gyudon, gindara, and wagyu cubes.
ā¦Also, I love all kinds of chocolate lol
