Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 1)

True. On the plus side bigger hips seem to make your legs look bigger. Just got to accept the weird proportions that come with it, lol.

Don’t fucking remind me. I have two daughters gifted with their mother’s iron cast logic and they simply wouldn’t let it go (yes, I’m bad at puns) after seeing the movie. Tiptoeing around the topic of death by drowning while being bombarded by a barrage of questions from two five year olds - not fun, to say the least.

It was after I dumped a sociopath after I found out he was indescriminately propositioning both men and women in our field. Made him pay for my STD testing and then I was out. Learned some valuable lessons about red flags.

Confession. I’ve always preached just going low carbs more protein and calorie counting for those wanting to lose weight. Been looking at my belly lately and it’s clear I need to lose the belly fat. I confess I’m now not sure about what I’ve been preaching and I’m tempted to look for an easier way to lose the belly fat. Surprise, I’m a hypocrite.

What’s easier than more protein, less carbs?

Like fat burners and waist-sweating belts?

Ironically, I’d definitely GAIN weight going low carb, high protein and not calorie counting. All the delicious foods I have a hard time controlling myself around are low carb and high protein ie grilled meats, dairy,

I thought you were like a medical person?

:upside_down_face:

Some fad diet that’s not sustainable long term maybe

I confess that some posters on this site need far more help than this community can provide.

Carnivore comes to mind.

You aren’t even gonna give a hint, are you?

I don’t wanna offend anyone, so let’s just keep it to the initials K. E. T. O. diet for anonymity’s sake. A lot of people swear by it. Might give it a try.

:joy:

Oh. Even MORE protein and LOWER carbs than regular high protein low carb.

If you don’t know the poster of whom I speak, it’s only because you happen not to have read her post. No hints necessary.

Actually, the classic keto (the one that was medically prescribed for seizures) is high fat, low protein, and only around 20-40 grams of carbs per day. A 4:1 fat to carb AND protein ratio I think

When I say field I guess I meant the same hospital plus EMS within a 50 mile radius.

Yeah, I was just goofing on the word field.

I like that style of script though, and the very good build.

Is it in the powerful woman sub? Because the only thing ā€œobnoxiously highā€ about her is the asshole meter.

Try IF or the 5/2 diet-

I successfully lost 20-24lb (~185lb to 161lb at the lowest I got) eating very little food every other day over the period of some 3-4 months and walking a bit.

I didn’t ā€œdepriveā€ myself on eating days either. I’d eat out 2-3 times a week- McDonalds/In-N-Out/Five Guys/Popeyes/pizza are the common ones. I definitely would have had greater success (or lost weight faster) if I didn’t eat those though.

Of course, not every eating day is like that. Most times I ate whatever my mom made- traditional Korean food.

It is very easy to lose weight if you’re willing to deal with the fact that you’ll be hungry all the time, except for about an hour after you ate on eating days.

Now here’s a confession- I confess that most of what I lost in those 20-24lb was likely lean mass, since I lacked a barbell and did ineffectual training for muscle retention during that period. That probably made it easier to lose weight.
