I find it fascinating that a āMovementā that claimed to revolutionize lifting through science, can be shown with their own quotes in a thread on new research to not actually do any science and merely advance hypothesis without real experimentation or valid process. And yet, ther remain a few āTrue Believersā clinging on in spite of total lack of efficacy.

It kinda is.
She works 3 days a week and is āmeantā to spend those extra days off doing house work. But her go to line is āTheres no point cleaning that. It will just get dirty againā.
Iāve tried to explain that sort of logic means we would never clean anything.
But in essence Iāve cleaned the house. All she has to do is stay on top of stuff.
Ps - to prewarn any one thinking of playing the sexist card; I expect my wife to keep the house not because shes a woman. But because she took a job paying tens of thousands of pounds less a year - to work 3 days a week. So she could.
If shes doesnt wanna do house work she needs to go to work 5 days a week to pay for a cleaner or so I can take a day off and do it.
