I have cut back a lot the last two days and have noticed my digestion has improved…not sure there is correlation there, but i haven’t changed anything else.
I have discovered the joys of loose leaf tea too. So much better than bagged.

I confess that it is day 4 of my worktrip and my meals are getting weird. I just finished off 2 packets of tuna mixed with miracle whip light and PBfit. I’ve regularly eaten peanut butter quesadillas (low carb tortilla with PB inside vs cheese, since I couldn’t get any low carb bread to make sandwiches here), and I made a breakfast burrito this morning using my microwave egg cooker to cook up 2 whole omega 3 eggs mixed with an egg white microwave…omelette? Either way, cook them both separately, because they can’t all fit in the container, then mix with them salsa and, what else, PB fit powder and put them in a wrap.
But tomorrow will be the grand daddy of them all, because I’ve been going to Qdoba for a “real” meal everyday and I’m going to skip that tomorrow. My plan is to just mix everything I have into some sort of goulash. Whole eggs, egg whites, tuna, salsa, PBfit, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, greek yogurt, riced cauliflower and salsa. If nothing else, it will be hardy.
And then I’m over here also judging people on the food THEY’RE eating while I’m here. “Oh man, you’re eating a frozen dinner? Didn’t you think to pack a bunch of canned chicken breasts in YOUR luggage?”

Tbh I’m really tempted to let my hair grow out and groom it like the pianist in this video. What do they call it? Rebonding? Then I’ll put on the eyeliner and shit one day just to piss her off lol.

Oh it’ll be quite a scene. It’ll start off in Mandarin and slowly transition into her native dialect that I don’t understand half of and she’ll sound like that City Wok dude on South Park when they’re pretending he’s yelling in Mandarin but it’s just gibberish with some pretty accurate inflections.

The exterior shots were real but the interior was probably just shot on a set built in the studio. Shoot in a real church with the quality of sound equipment these days and the sound editor will have probably have an aneurysm just filtering out the reverb lol.
