I saw a clip from Wheel of Fortune, probably the first time I seen anything from that show for 15 years. They now have digital letters but they keep the woman walking across the screen, she needs to touch the letters to reveal it.

I never thought about it but probably 10 minutes of that show is just a woman walking back and forth across the screen and if you got rid of it then it would leave a giant gap.

Anyway, my confession is I went on a bit of a wheel of fortune hunt for the show in other countries. All I can say is there should be a Ms Wheel of Fortune :smile:

My other confession is I secretly hope that the wheel of fortune ladies have theories on how to best walk across the board.

Another thing worth noting is some of the European shows require the contestants to walk up to the wheel to spin it. The only reason seems to be so they can film the younger female contestants walking back to their podium haha

My wife travelled to China last week.

EDIT:

Wait, no that was over 2 weeks ago since she was quarantined there for 14 days in which she was tested for covid. Sorry, not even been able to properly keep track of time during my self-imposed extended vacation.

She only managed to do the stuff she went there to do last week, which took like 2 days. She needed a covid test before boarding the plane to China. Then, she needed a covid test at the China end one day before boarding the plane back even though she was tested during quarantine. Then she had to have another covid test yesterday just 5 days after returning because of local regulations.

So, in all, she had someone stick a bigass nasal swab all the way up her nose 4 times in less than 4 weeks. All turned out negative. AND SHEā€™S STILL UNDER HOME QUARANTINE BY LAW FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS.

I confess Iā€™m secretly amused.

I mean, you gotta develop a sense of humor when things start getting so ludicrous.
