Flabby Muscles Or Not Built Enough?

Hey everyone, first of all im a big fan of T-Nation ive noted alot and i mean alot of articles since i joined. ok now to get on with it, i work out not a year like my bio says but 7 months maybe, i will get some pics when i develop my camera, but i have biceps and triceps and a little shoulder muscle, but when im not flexing and my arms are at my side it looks like there is no muscle at all, is that because im not getting enough protein? or because i have soft muscles? maybe even im not built enough, id like to get any help, as if training to help me look more muscular when not flexing and i hope you get it and maybe tell me what my problem is, Thanks everyone. ( Oh and i just bought a big jar of Whey protein drink that has about 40 % protein in it but im drinking 1 every other day )

I know exactly what you’re talking about, and, that is a matter of either too much bodyfat, or not enough muscle, or both. Since you’ve read many articles already, I’m sure you know how to take care of either of those problems, so, I’ll leave it at wishing you the best of luck getting bigger and stronger.
