Check’em Out Now!

Congratulations to Dave Barr on a great synopsis of the current literature. His approach made scientific research look fun (and believe me, I do it every day, and it really sucks sometimes…)

Good Job! I really enjoyed it!

I would just like to say that it is retarded how much CT can lift…If my math is correct he is push pressing well over 3 bills. I am going to cry on my pillow just thinking about how many millenia I would have to be lifting for before I could approach those numbers.

I agree CT lifts mega poundage. Me go cry now! :frowning:

Thank you Ian King!!! I will forever be grateful for that article!

diesel, I’ll be even more thankful for the future articles on correcting the imbalances. My toes point out and my feet are too apart when standing.

Looks like that part time beast program was just what the doctor ordered for a busy young man such as myself.

/Jacob

In his interview, CT states that he can push press 330 pounds. Hee hee…

Ian’s article was good. Apparently I must be an orthpetic nightmare…almost as bad as my spelling…Has anyone tried standing like he said for very long! Legs no real problem… shoulders that’s a different story. Feels like the blood supply gets cut off to my arms. Oi!

news flash cassnaova:
what dave barr did was ditch biotest’s opponenets in the supplement mraket. that was a funny way to do it, all that introduction but that’s what he did.

Try running ankle strapping tape over the upper back and maintain that “shoulders back” position all day long…now THAT is a workout!

I hadnt read the article yet, good nonetheless. I’ll be looking forward to his future ones on the subject.

I agree with Cass. I’ve really enjoyed the articles Dave Barr has published and I’m looking forward to more.

News flash glute-spanker:

  • Dave has nothing to do with Biotest. He’s not even on the free supp list. (Sorry Dave. We’ll get you there someday!)

  • Biotest USES glutamine in Surge. So how are we “ditching” the competitors? Running that article “ditched” an ingredient in Surge.

  • Biotest could easily make any of those nitric oxide supplements. They choose not to because those supps suck. Dave agrees they suck - as does every other smart guy who’s been asked about those products.

What are we supposed to do, tell every contributor they can’t point out that those type of supplements suck because some guy on a message board who can’t spell will think it’s a grand conspiracy?

Its a grande conspunracy!!! Chrus I’m on tah U!!! I cun’t speell eiderr an Iee kno yo R out to guut me!!! I coud carr less aboot tha sunpullement thung!!! I’m worred abont eriminations of us spulling and greemer impairud poople. I wun’t go doon wif out a feht Chrus Shurbert. U Texas bistard!

Chriss:

forgive me if my comments looked like negative. I actualy like the articles where you bash bogus trends/supps. since I identified some of the substuncaes there with youre competitors’ products , I assumed that was it. no need to get defensive cause I already trust you guys as well as I’ll ever trust ant supp company.

S-man

Thanks for the props guys, but lets not lose focus on the key point here; there’s a free supplement list that I didn’t know about!

-Dave Barr (a Canadian melting in Texas)

After reading Coach King’s article this week I found myself walking around with a puffed out chest trying to keep my shoulder blades back and contracted…haha. Hey, it makes me look bigger…;o)

ArcaneCocaine,
Its so funny you mentioned your observations of how much weight CT is using in his article, cause I was doing the EXACT same thing while I was reading it. I was shaking my head in disbelief. Truely AMAZING. I guess the nickname “Beast” is there for a good reason!
