I like how Dan wants to steal your logo. Tell him to look on the side of the screan and trace it.
I want one of the T-Nation shirts to please
Chris,
Thanks for the Big Fat Training Guide. As stated, a newcomer can be quickly overwhelmed with the choices in programs. Your “Cliff Note” approach was quite helpful in distinguishing the differences.
Looking forward to Part II.
I agree Iron good art. I liked it too
Thanks! Part II covers even more of the major, full body training programs, though I didn’t quite cover all of them. Ended up summing up 31 or 32 different ones, I think. Should be a good article series to point the newbies towards.
We publish so many more training articles than we used to, more than double. I never noticed that until I started digging through the archives.
I think I found Mr. Olympia 2015’s guys:
Lee Priest takes only 2 ccs of deca and para for 6-8 weeks only in the off-season.
Trevor Smith (non-competetive) said he’s 335 pounds natural before he used supplements.
Isaac Nesser, owner of the world’s largest muscular chest and arms can bench 825 lbs for 3 reps and he said he’s never even used supplements of any kind.
You’re kidding, right?
