Great weekend! Well other than my Falcons losing to the taint’s yesterday, 3rd and 1…really. Anyway, weekends suck for my regiment, always got something needing done or somewhere to be=missed meals.
Ready to get into the gym today, last week was one of those fire drill weeks where everything at work has to be done yesterday. This week is going to be better, no boss today, regular tomorrow and then I’m off until the 19th, going hunting for 4 days. In my case it’ll likely be wandering around the woods for 4 days but whatever.
220.6 this morning, that’s -16lbs so far. Getting ready today to head on my first solo hunting trip, should be fun. If you never hear from me again I’ve gotten lost in the woods and or eaten by mountain lion.
Well I made it back alive with my little buddy. Nice little 11 point buck, shot him at 50+ yards with my trusty .308. As the story goes he’s the largest deer ever seen much less taken from this land. Ended up donating the deer to a local wounded veteran who could get out to hunt this year. Proud to have helped a guy out and even more proud to have taken my first deer 100% by myself.
I walked the woods for days and only saw 2 other deer, one I had no shot on the other was just the backside jumping a fence. This guy came charging through my area about 7:40 yesterday morning at a full sprint, he was chasing some tail. I saw him come in fast and hard from my right side so I yelled at him a couple times to get him to stop. He pulled up behind a few trees and stood there looking at me, finally after what seemed like 3 hours he turned sideways and I nailed him in the neck. He dropped where he stood.
On a sucky note, I lost the biggest loser contest at work by .3% probably shouldn’t have had coffee this morning. I’m glad that the two other remaining guys lost weight but I’m kind of upset that someone jacked with the scale and now it’s weighing at least 10lbs light. It’s not that big of deal but I’d liked for it to be a little more concise as to how much we actually weighed. It said I weighed 208.6 which means I’d have to have lost 12lbs this weekend, no way. We’re talking about extending the contest, double or nothing, through Christmas.
Over all a great weekend, ready to get back on the horse and continue dropping weight, I really want 200-210lbs real weight.
Been sick the last 3 days, mild flu symptoms, 0 energy. Taking this week off from both the gym and the diet. Not going to go balls out and eat everything I see, just not going to be so hardcore about it. Between having the next two days off and feeling like ass why bother. Happy turkey day folks.

Thought I felt good on the FS warm ups but that went to shit. Going to lower my weights by the percentage of body weight I’ve lost (15%ish). I’m getting into that frustrating part of weight loss, my numbers in the gym are plummeting and I’ve already thought about effing off the diet and going back to trying to get my numbers back, I’m not going to. It’s a wicked cycle I live in. Just going to press on, lower numbers and work on more reps.

Weight this morning 218.8, weight is coming off still just slowly. Need to again go down a notch in both my weight belt and regular belt. Guess one of these days I need to get a picture of me minus 18lbs. Really fell like I’ve got another 18 to lose before having hot abz, probably more like 30 but we’ll see. Just can’t imagine me below 200lbs.
Deads kinda sucked, my big lifts are falling off a cliff ATM, pretty sure I lost 18lbs of muscle. What ever, staying the course. Over all I’m pleased with everything, weights coming off, lifts aren’t awful, getting a decent pump out of most lifts, can’t complain.
Thanks guys, the worst part is watching my numbers plummet. The work isn’t bad it’s ego hit that’s really kicking me in the butt. Really focused on getting down to a respectable body fat percentage and then working my way back up to decent numbers. Going to finally finish this task, no more waffling.
Diet yesterday was same as always except dinner. My wife won’t drive right now however she is a realtor and sometimes has to show houses, I’ve become her chauffeur. Most of the time afterward she’ll take the perspective buyer to dinner, last night the buyer wanted Chinese. BOOM goes the diet! Kept it as clean as you can with a full boat of chicken products and only a little Generals chicken. No way to calculate those calories.
Diet today is the usual, no pancakes for me this weekend sadly, last night was the cheat meal.

Thinking after the first of the year I’ll switch programs, not sure to what yet, I like lifting 3 days a week and cardio 2 days as weekend training is pretty much out of the question right now. Suggestions??? I need something that can be at least bastardized to work in a caloric deficit.
Just checking in. Training is business as usual except for today, was up for 26hrs yesterday, worked 2 shifts and then had to get up “early” today to watch my son…tired.
217.8 this morning, that’s another 1lb lost and 1lb from an even 20lbs lost since October. Everyone is telling me I look super thin, I’m one of those people with body dis morphia so I don’t really see it. Ready to be done dieting and have been having some dieting set backs but it’s so far been working out. Gotta stay focused to complete this part of my journey before starting down the next path.
Think I may have finally found my mojo again. Been trying to figure out if my regressing numbers were because of my diet, lack of interest or just being a vag. I’m going with I’ve been a vag, everything just felt good today, my motivation and excitement to lift something decent was high so I did.
Lost 0lbs last week so that’s in the back of my mind, need to do better this week so I could put fat dday to bed once and for all.
