First Time at a Gym. Need Advice

I have a simple question if you don’t mind. Can anyone direct me to a proper chart where it lists the exercises with reps/sets given the specific workout day? I saw people with these quite often and I thought it would be helpful keeping progress. Thank you so much and have a great day.
