First Time at 54?

I am 54, 6’1" 175lbs and by all accounts in great shape! I workout 5x a week, get rest, eat right(mostly), and vary my workout to focus on size. I realize that at my age putting on more size is much harder than at 20something, but I really want to try. No shortcuts here - I’ve been working out hard since 2006 when I was a very doughy 200lbs. But I feel like I’ve hit a wall and tried everything else but - steroids.

I talked to a (huge) friend of mine and he’s obviously a believer. I’ve researched this on the web and looked at a lot of forums before coming here.

He recommended a sustenon deca stack but didn’t know the dosage or duration. I am looking for guidance, recommendations, thoughts, etc. I’ve attached a relatively recent picture of my upper body to give you a sense of what I’ve done so far.

Shitty pic to judge how far you’ve come along but that’s ok, do some more research, come up with a cycle length, dosages, pct, post ot up and then you’ll get some critique.

Just be aware that a cycle at your age will be hard as hell to recover from, especially so if you use something like Deca. If you decide to start using now you will need to be comfortable with the idea of being on TRT from then on.
